2. Data Protection Officer

A data protection officer has not been appointed, as the legal requirements for a mandatory appointment (Art. 37 GDPR, Section 38 BDSG) do not apply to our practice.

3. Hosting

The website is hosted by an external service provider (Hostinger). Personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with the host.

4. Server Log Files

When you visit the website, information is automatically stored in server log files (browser type, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, time, IP address). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of the website).

5. Contact

When you contact us by phone, e-mail or via our contact form, the data provided (name, contact details, request) is processed to handle your inquiry. Form data is transmitted to us by e-mail and is not stored on the web server. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR or Art. 9 (2) (h) GDPR for health data.

Please note: unencrypted e-mail is not suitable for transmitting sensitive health data.

6. Appointment Booking via Doctolib

For online appointment booking we link to Doctolib (Doctolib GmbH, Mehringdamm 51, 10961 Berlin). When using the booking service, personal data is collected directly by Doctolib; a data processing agreement is in place. Doctolib's privacy policy applies: www.doctolib.de/terms/privacy

7. Cookies and Consent Management

The website uses a consent banner through which visitors can consent to the use of technically non-essential cookies and tracking services (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, Section 25 TDDDG). Consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future – via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

8. Google Analytics 4

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. IP addresses are processed in truncated form. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Analytics data retention: 14 months.

9. Meta (Facebook) Pixel

With your consent, this website uses the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, to measure the effectiveness of advertisements and to build audiences. Joint controllership applies to the data collection (Art. 26 GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. For directions we embed Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you open the page with the embedded map, data (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing simple directions). 11. Fonts and External Content

The website uses fonts for consistent presentation. These are hosted locally on our own server; no connection to Google servers is established.

12. Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).
